The Aesys VERBALUX® PQ (pro qualitate) industrial led display enables both the responsible managers and the operators to check and monitor the production in real time, to improve the productivity.

An eventual loss of efficiency is quickly pointed out: this matter permits to immediately intervene in order to detect the problem and to solve it. In this way also little troubles, causing big loss of productivity due to their own repetitiveness, are promptly identified and no more at the end of the shift, so spurring on resolutive maintenance interventions.

The VERBALUX® PQ led displays put in considerable evidence data upgraded in real time related to the production objectives, to the produced quantity, to the efficiency percentage, to the number of defected parts and so on.

The use of bright characters, made up of high efficiency and reliability Led matrix, permit to display the data in an extremely effective way with high readability also at distance. The immediate information recognizability is guaranteed by the possibility of having different colours for the different items.

Displays are provided with a central handling unit and consequently they can indipendently operate, directly loading data by sensors on the production lines, or receiving them by PLC, computer or serial interface equipped devices. The possibility of wall, ceiling or on structure fixing, allows Aesys VERBALUX® PQ a good installability in every kind of furnishing.
