Aesys Variable Speed Limit Signs (VSLS) provide a clear visual advisory to drivers .....by noticing incoming vehicles speed and to visualize automatically, on a bright led sign, predefined messages depending on the excess of the speed noticed.

The system uses Doppler effect and detects, with extreme precision, the speed of approaching vehicles. The bright graphic led display can project a warning message such as "Please slow down" or "be careful..." etc, or advise the drivers of the speed they are travelling at.

This proactive advisory services could be a benefit to the community by providing a warning before penalty.

The signage is also useful for communicating approaching traffic lights, pedestrian/scholl crossings etc.
